SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Smart Children's Toys Tafi. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas), processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with global suppliers to bring you the best curated products. Because we source our items directly from our partner warehouses overseas, your items may ship separately and take a little longer to arrive.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Worldwide Shipping: 10–20 business days depending on your location.
Note on Delivery Times: Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will active within 48–72 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Smart Children's Toys Tafi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately at letientaiqphm@gmail.com.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take photos so we can process a replacement or file a claim with the carrier for you.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
